Art notes – February & March
FEBRUARY
Please join the art group on Thursday, February 12 to view the 111th annual Green Bay Art Colony exhibit at the Neville Public Museum. We will meet at the museum at 10:00. The Green Bay Art Colony is a growing and thriving group of female artists. For more thana century they continue to inspire each other, educate the public, encourage new artist and give scholarships to art students.
Lunch afterwards to be determined when the group gathers.

MARCH
Thursday March 12 we will be going to the Green Bay workshop of Woodworker artist Dan Wieske. He began as an apprentice carpenter in Montana where he acquired the skills and experience for creative wood working. His inspiration is found in nature with its flowing shapes, tactual surfaces and subtleties of color.

The Adelante book group meets the fourth Wednesday of the month at 5:30 at the Green Bay Distillery. Each book chosen has a woman author. The selections for this year are as follows:
